ELA 3300 Labeling Machine with Rotary Table and Transfer Track

The production line we have assembled is suitable for labeling bottles, tubes, jars with parallel-sided cylindrical surfaces, as well as for labeling expiration dates or LOT numbers.

Operating principle:

The operator's task is to place the product on the feeder turntable. The feeder turntable's guide rails feed the bottles onto the conveyor until the last piece. The sorting mechanism of the ELA-3300 labeling machine makes the equipment suitable for receiving the products to be labeled from the turntable. By optimally adjusting the sorting mechanism, we achieve that the labeling machine operates with maximum efficiency, and that there are no jams or congestions at the labeling station. The label is peeled off and the product is labeled in the usual way. The labeled product is held at the end of the track by the two vertical belts of the transfer track and transported from the conveyor track to the receiving rotary table. At this time, the base of the product remains free, so we can use the Videojet 1580 small character CIJ labeler to print the LOT number or the legally required date. The transfer belts transfer the finished product to the receiving rotary table without tipping over.
The huge advantage of the system is that it can be operated by even one operator.
The diameter of the rotary table is 1200mm in the standard case. Since the production of the rotary tables is also based on our own development, the diameter and design can be modified as desired. Our ELA 3300 labeling machine can also be adapted to customer needs.
