ELR - Rotary table

It can be integrated into a production line, either for dispensing products or for receiving labeled bottles and bottles. The rotary table is the most cost-effective and space-saving solution for buffering products.

When dosing, the specially trained baffles guide the bottles continuously towards the outer edge of the rotary table, delivering them to the conveyor belt of the labeler placed next to the table.

Upon arrival, the product from the labeling machine is guided toward the center of the table by a barrier that rotates continuously. The handrail always provides free space for newly arriving products, while the side handrail prevents products from falling. Thanks to the ergonomic design, all products are easily accessible even from the middle of the table. It allows you to work quickly and easily.

Materials used: stainless steel, anodised aluminum, special plastic (The ends of the frame structure are welded.

By default, the rotation speed of the rotary table is 18 m / min (measured on the outer arch of the table top). Also available as an option with frequency converter. In this case, the speed can be controlled with a potentiometer.
