ELA-3300 Automatic round labeling (discontinuously)

 The ELA-3300 is a 100% Hungarian-developed machine that is suitable for bottle labeling, glass labeling and any cylindrical product. It is also suitable for double labeling tasks such as wine bottle labeling. In special cases, it is also possible to affix a "post-positioned label" to a well-defined place in the product, such as price tags, barcodes, labels with foreign language inscriptions. In special cases it can be equipped with a thermo transfer thermal printer to write dates, barcodes, serial numbers or any other information

Principle of operation: The product can be conveyed to the conveyor belt by hand or with the optional feed table. The product first encounters the sorter. This equipment delays the progress of the product by reducing the width of the conveyor (manually adjustable) and slowing the speed of the product with an adjustable speed wheel. Thanks to the sorter, there is no congestion at the labeling head despite continuous feeding. Arriving at the labeling head, the product is pressed against a rubberized actuator by a pair of pneumatic rollers. The product rotates in front of the label peeling steel edge while the label head starts label extraction. At the same time, the label presses against the surface of the product due to the rotation between the rollers. At the end of the course, the finished product falls into a container or can be ordered as an option ELR-Forgó Körasztal can be used to buffer labeled bottles.

Front and rear label placement is optional: When the pneumatic cylinder pair presses the cylinder onto the rubberized actuator, one of the labels is applied and the second label is peeled off according to the set delay. With this extension, the device is suitable for labeling wine bottles, brandy bottles and even mineral water bottles.

Applying a neck tag is optional: To attach the neck tag, a separate labeling applicator is required that handles only the roll of the neck tag. The peeling of the neck tag also starts during the mantle labeling operation, according to how the delay is set. If the neck of the bottle is conical, of course, the labeling head should also be adjusted to that angle.

Labeling capacity: 16-40 pieces / minute (The amount of labeling depends on the dosage, the length of the label on the mantle surface and the diameter of the bottle!) If you want to produce a larger quantity, we recommend our fastest mantle labeling machine. ELA-4360 Nagy Sebességű Körbecímkéző .

In special cases, it can also be equipped with a thermo transfer thermal printer to label (optional) dates, barcodes, serial numbers, or any other information. The changeover can be easily adjusted to the diameter and height of the products. Switching between different products is fast and the equipment is user-friendly.
