ELT-1500 Tamp Labeling machine

Principle of operation: The product is placed under the vacuum sheet of the labeling machine by the operator. Adjustable stops help ensure accurate product positioning. Use a footswitch to start unpacking the label. After detachment from the carrier tape, the label is held by a vacuumed surface until it is adhered to the surface to be labeled by a pneumatic cylinder moving in the vertical direction. The flexible surface on the specially designed vacuum head guarantees the ideal adhesion of the label.

The device is designed as a table. Label gaps are detected by an optical "fork" sensor, so in the case of transparent labels, the label gaps must be marked with a marker! Labeling capacity: 15-20 pieces / minute (The amount of labeling depends on the size of the print field, the feed rate of the operator and the length of the label on the surface to be labeled!)
