ELP-500 Printer-Tamp Labeling

This compact solution is extremely economical, as printing and labeling take place at the same time.

Principle of operation: After inserting the product, the operator activates the labeling machine with the foot pedal. The labeling unit consists of a TSC thermo-transfer printer and a pneumatic vacuum applicator capable of vertical movement. The printed label, pushed out on the vacuum sheet, is placed on the product by the pneumatic applicator. The TSC MH240 Thermal Transfer Printer Series displays extremely detailed prints on the label at up to 203dpi (optionally available in 300 and 600dpi respectively). The print image can be edited quickly and easily with Hungarian language software. After exporting the content edited on the computer, the printer automatically stores the received print settings separately. The machine's memory can store countless prints. The touch screen allows the operator to select the print image.
The printing function can also be controlled independently! So, as a normal desktop industrial printer, we can also print the label of the cardboard box and unit package of the already labeled products.

The ELP-500 labeling machine can be used to label boxes, cans, cosmetic tubes, or even filled sealed sachets with a flat or slightly convex surface. If you want to label unfilled bags or sacks, the bags to be labeled can be placed in the machine in even larger quantities. With this solution, the labeled bag must always be removed from the top of the stack, which can significantly increase the labeling capacity.

Labeling capacity: 15-20 pieces / minute (The amount of labeling depends on the size of the print field, the feed rate of the operator and the length of the label on the surface to be labeled!)
