ELK-500 Vacuum user labelling telescope

Appropriate for labelling products where we must provide free space after the label is on (eg. moving loads). It is also appropriate for labelling irregular surfaces like bags, sacks or wares on a pallet.

Its working in this way:

The label scarfer machine pushes the label under the waiting vacuum plate. The plate grabs the label with the help of the vacuum on the non-glutinous side. In the next step the pneumatic telescope pushes the label on the side of the waiting product. When the device detects the surface of the product it stops the vacuum and the label stays on the surface. In the same time the telescope is immediately pulled back and waits for the other labels. In case of small labels the vacuum is enough but in case of bigger 80-150mm labels a "helping air" is also pushes the label to the vacuum plate. The device has its own control that makes it applicable for all of the label scarfers and label printing machines, of course with different mounting parameters. The parameters which are needed for the working of the machine can be freely programmed on an LCD screen and with the help of some control buttons.
