ELS 2410 Wrap-around labeler

Operating principle:
The products must be placed on a continuously moving track made of rollers in the correct orientation, ensuring that the surface to be labeled always rests on the rollers. Therefore, the equipment labels the products in a lying position. Upon the signal from the object detection sensor, the Herma applicator starts the label towards the product with an appropriate delay. After the initial adhesion, a rotating mechanism immediately smooths the label along the cylindrical surface. The labeled products are counted by a sensor and then placed on a stainless steel tray, which has a sponge-coated edge guard in all directions, so that even the smallest product cannot fall off.

The independent stand structure allows the desired working height to be achieved. The stand structure is equipped with brakeable castors, so the equipment can be easily mobilized.
