The ELA-2400S round labeling machine is suitable for labeling cylindrical thin "tube-like" capsules, vials, cylinders, vials, tubes.

Principle of operation: The operator places the bottles in the hopper of the dosing machine and then closes the hopper door, because dosing is only possible with the door closed. The operator is responsible for checking the orientation of the vials and vials and turning them in the correct orientation. The dosing speed can be controlled via the HMI panel. Products falling out of the dosing star are sent to the conveyor belt below the dosing unit. Adequate lateral support on the conveyor is provided by adjustable deflectors. The products travel on a trajectory formed by constantly moving roller nests towards the labeling station. The label feeder applies the label to the product, and at the same time a rotor immediately smooths it over the cylindrical surface. Prior to label separation, the blank label passes through an industrial label printing machine that prints the desired content. Upon reaching the next station, a "pneumatic closure" formed on the label on the product is pushed back from the circumferential surface of the product to the top of the cap. The labeled product falls into a collection container, which can be replaced by the operator during operation, ensuring continuous labeling.
