ELA-3100 top labelling

The ELA-3100 Top Labeling Machine is a high-volume, continuous, manual or machine-fed machine. It is used specifically for labeling products with flat sheets.

Principle of operation: The product can be conveyed to the conveyor belt by hand or via an optional dosing rotary table (product-dependent). The product first encounters the sorter, which may be, for example, an upper mechanical, or a side pneumatic, or a side swivel. This equipment delays the progress of the product by reducing the width of the conveyor (manually adjustable) and slowing the speed of the product with an adjustable speed wheel. Thanks to the sorter, there is no congestion at the labeling head despite continuous feeding.

At the end of the track, the finished product falls into a container, or the labeled products can be buffered using the optional ELR Rotary Roundtable.

Labeling capacity: 16-40 pieces / minute (The labeling quantity depends on the dosing, the length of the label and the size of the product!) If you want to produce a larger quantity, we recommend our ELA-4170 Box Labeling Machine or our ELA-4100 High Speed Lid Labeling Machine.
