ELA-3110 Base labeller

Advanced bottom labeling solution for products with a flat bottom surface - eg cartons, boxes, cassettes, blisters, candies, car parts, medicine boxes, etc. There is no need for a separate finishing unit to increase efficiency, as the label is smoothed by the conveyor belt, depending on the weight of the product.

Principle of operation:
The products can be integrated into the production line, from the existing conveyor belt by inserting a transfer plate or by manual dosing.
The track consists of two separate transport modules. At the discharge edge extending between the two conveyors, the label is detached and the bottom of the product is labeled. At the end of the course, the finished product can either fall into a collection box or be buffered using the optional ELR Rotary Roundtable.

Field of application: The ELA-3110 labels everything with a flat surface. In the field of food labeling, it is already used in many places for the application of information labels or the labeling of the shelf life (labeling of candies, labeling of the soles of chocolate figures ...).
