ELS-3120 Bottom-Top Labeling Machine with Vacuum Bag Dispenser

Automatic industrial bottom-top (double-sided) labeling machine. It is used for double-sided labeling of a large number of continuous products, typically requiring automatic dosing, with flat sheets.

Principle of operation: The products can either be dispensed by an operator or integrated into a production line via an transfer plate from an existing conveyor.
The equipment is equipped with a conveyor belt with a special adhesive coating. The adhesion promotes the jam-free, stable conveying of light empty bags. At the end of the track, the bags are held by two driven smoothing shafts with rubber sponge coating, which guarantee jam-free conveying of the bags and smoothing of the label. The upper label and the lower label are separated when the bag has reached the sponge rollers. Thanks to this, both labels are placed on the bag without wrinkles. The label can be positioned precisely in all directions.

The labeling machine can optionally be supplemented with a TTO printer unit (shown on the lower label head in the photo), which allows a date, LOT number, or even a barcode to be printed on the label before it is affixed.
