ELA-4360 High speed labeling machine for cylindrical products

Product BE dosing module:
If the products do not arrive automatically, it is recommended to install a dosing module. The dosing module has a 300mm wide, 5-600mm long slow-moving conveyor from which the products are conveyed by a continuously rotating dosing star to the strip of the labeling unit. The operator can load products on the feed belt using a tray.

Conveyor: The products are conveyed to the machine by a belt conveyor, to the turntable, and at the end of the labeling on the belt. The conveyor is designed to move the products stably and without wobbling. The guidance of products with different diameters can be adjusted with an adjustable side deflector.

Product Feed Star: This moving unit provides positioned high-speed, intermittent movement of the product from the conveyor to the label unpacking unit. For different products, this star is easy to replace. The star is also a solution for uniform dosing of products congested on the conveyor. After unpacking, the vials continue on the conveyor belt again. The base price includes a dosing star sized for 1 type of product.
Product Rotating Unit: This unit rotates the vials in the labeling position. The rotating roller is a rubberized shaft that rotates non-slip, while smoothing the peeled label onto the glass.
Label extractor: The HERMA H400 premium 80 label extractor is capable of extremely high and variable speed labeling. Label width max. 80mm (this is on the glass tube
height size). The device communicates with the control, but its parameters can be managed from either an android or ios application.

Printer unit: The printer is a unit with TTO thermo transfer technology built between the output edge of the label extractor and the position of the label winder. Printing is done in the still position, that is

Barcode and label print verification: The correctness of the label print and the readability or identification of the printed barcode or QR code are checked on the label decoding unit with a smart camera. Tag presence detection:
After labeling, we check the presence of the label on the product even with the rotating star. Fiber optic sensors can be used to determine if a product is labeled or not. If not, the product is a

Scrap Product Removal: An automatic scrap removal unit will be installed in the equipment to remove the product based on an error found during various inspections.

Each fault is log-read in the control by type. Statistics on errors are compiled.
