ELA-4100S Automatic carton labelling machine

Operating principle:

The carton labelling station is suitable for applying a self-adhesive label to the top flat surface of unfilled cartons. The cartons are loaded into the station's carton feeder by the operator with the cartons oriented in the correct direction. The dispenser feeds the product one by one onto a "claw" conveyor, which is responsible for the perpendicular position of the cartons in relation to the direction of travel.

The labeller is equipped with an integrated TTO printer unit, which prints the blank label with the desired data content before the label is applied. The maximum size of the print field is 55 x 75 (running direction) mm. The labelled product passes through a control module where a Keyence code reading system checks the content of the pre-printed and labelled code. If the read code does not match the specified content, the equipment automatically removes the rejected product from the track, so that in the event of a fault, the equipment does not need to be stopped. The labelled finished cartons fall into a storage box as standard. The equipment can be upgraded with different sorting, counting and collecting units.

ENDILINE type ELW-340 automatic carton dispenser.
The following unit is a universal dispenser suitable for the automatic dispensing of cardboard sheets/folding cartons.
It is suitable for two operating modes. Continuous and intermittent operation. Stepper motor drive.
Controlled from the central PLC controller of the labeller.

Thermal transfer technology.
