Compact filling machine, homogenizing module and peristaltic pump

Principle of operation: The tray inserted after sterilization is placed in a positioning position where it is automatically filled.
3-axis servo-driven actuator moves the filling head over the appropriate test tube and then the peristaltic pump
controls the specified amount.
The apparatus includes a unit for the appropriate movement of the container glass required for homogenisation.
As standard, it is possible to hold the 2L storage bottle, but with the help of optional adapters it is possible to hold other
capture glass of other sizes / shapes. The movement is freely adjustable for both rocking and rotating.
The speed as well as the range of motion can be adjusted. This is free for different homogenization tasks
adjustable.

The filling machine is placed under a polycarbonate cover. Insert the tray through an opening or a door that can be opened
can be done.
