Primera PL400e Semi-automatic pouch labeler

Principle of operation: the operator places the unfilled bag with the correct orientation between the dispensing profiles. Label unloading is automatically started by the equipment. If the front and back labels are applied consecutively on the carrier tape, it is sufficient to reverse the bag after applying the front label, so that both sides of the bag are labelled.

The equipment is equipped with a carrier tape rewind module.

Labeling capacity: 21pcs/min on average. The labelling volume depends on the speed of the feed, the length of the label applied to the surface of the pouch and the length of the pouch.
