Primera AP360e desktop cylindrical product labeling machine

The Primera AP-Series semi-automatic mantle markers have been specifically developed for small series cylindrical mantle labeling. The AP-360 is an easy-to-use, fast labeler that can be used to apply 1 label to a product.

Operation: The bottles are placed one by one by the operator on the horizontal axes of the labeling machine, and then the footswitch is started using the footswitch and the bottle rotation starts at the same time. The device smooths the label onto the mantle surface of the bottle during rotation. The correct position of the product can be adjusted using a lockable slider. The built-in spring-loaded pressure lever ensures accurate, crease-free placement of labels.

Labeling capacity: 15-20 pieces / minute (The amount of labeling depends on the operator, the length of the label on the mantle and the diameter of the bottle!) The AP360e labeling machine has been specifically developed for small series labeling tasks. The equipment is extremely sensitive to the material and thickness of the label.

The surface to be labeled must be free of dust, moisture and other contaminants. The device does not contain any surface cleaning or drying units! The accuracy and aesthetic appearance of the labeling is greatly influenced by the surface finish of the products, the material of the label and the spatial geometries of the product to be labeled.
