Principle of operation: The products are placed on the conveyor belt by an operator and then automatically proceed to the label release edge, where the label is initially adhered and the label is peeled off. The device does not have a sorter, so it is the operator's responsibility to ensure the correct product spacing! After the initial adhesion of the label, the product enters the rotating unit. This unit rotates the bottles non-slip between two specially coated surfaces, while smoothing the peeled label onto the mantle surface of the bottle. At the end of the course, the finished product falls into a container, or the labeled bottles can be buffered using the optional ELR Rotary Roundtable.

The device is designed as a table. Thanks to the FS03 label gap sensor on the Herma Basic labeling head, it also reliably detects translucent labels.

In the case of the ELT-2310 Round Labeling Machine, it is extremely important that the accuracy and aesthetic appearance of the labeling is greatly influenced by the surface finish of the bottles, the material of the label and the spatial geometries of the product to be labeled! The equipment performs the labeling of parallel-sided cylindrical surfaces perfectly. If there is a difference between the bottles, or if the circumferential surface of the bottles and bottles is not completely parallel, the ELA-3300 Automatic Round Labeling Machine is a better choice.
