Automatic jacket labeling machine that can be fitted to a production line, for products with cylindrical and square cross-sections.
The equipment has a built-in control unit, which is used to check the changing content of the label and the presence of the applied label.
The labeling machine has an integrated PLC controller and a color touch display, on which the control of the machine and the variable data to be printed and checked can be specified. Providing label weight loss and weight loss pre-warning signals to the PLC.

With the help of the external head unit, 16 different program banks can be stored, which can be switched from the central PLC control based on the product memory.
When changing products, it is not necessary to switch the sensor occasionally.

Scrap product removal: In the last phase of the equipment, the products classified as scrap are removed from the conveyor.
The integrity of the products is ensured during removal. The success of the removal is checked by a sensor.
