ELS-2410 Wrap-around Labeler

1.) The ELT-2410 benchtop labeling machine is designed to apply a self-adhesive label to the cylindrical surface of bottles with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 60 mm and lengths from 70 mm to 110 mm.

Operating principle: The filled bottle is placed horizontally onto a continuously moving track made of rollers. The label dispenser applies the label to the product, and a rotating mechanism immediately smooths it across the cylindrical surface. In principle, the equipment is capable of high capacity, limited only by the speed of manual feeding; for certain products, this process can be accelerated using an automatic feeder.

2.) A stand assembly is available as an optional accessory for the labeling machine, allowing the equipment to be maintained at a stable, ergonomic working height.

3.) The Videojet TTO printer uses a thermal transfer ribbon as its consumable.
