The models in the Videojet DataFlex® family of printers use state-of-the-art technology to reduce downtime, quality control time, the occurrence of scrap due to incorrect marking, and time lost due to error correction, thereby improving productivity, quality and efficiency.
The Videojet DataFlex 6530 is a high-speed thermal transfer film printer with print speeds of up to 1000 mm / s and 700 prints per minute, available in 53mm and 107mm print widths. The 53mm features the iAssure Code Security System *, a built-in subtitle quality control system that can reduce the number of incorrectly marked and re-marked products without additional hardware, installation or training.
The Videojet 6530 makes better use of ribbon and thus reduces the cost of printing per package. The gap between 0.5mm prints, ribbon lengths of up to 1,200 meters and other ribbon utilization features all help reduce printing costs and maximize the time between ribbon changes. Compressed air-free tape guidance ensures fast tape changes, efficient operation and easy integration.
CLARiTY megelő software prevents incorrect date printing, missing codes and costly re-markings.
