ELA 4120 blister labeling machine, with thermal transfer printer

The machine is suitable for printing the lower and upper labels of various shapes of blisters, boxes, product storage containers and for placing them on the product.
Machine operation:
The products arrive at the plant via an introductory conveyor.
The machine then transmits the products with a special precision Servo drive. The gripping structure ensures that the blister is held in position and moved during labeling. The servo drive can be precisely synchronized with the speed of the labeling machine, so the accuracy of the labeling can be guaranteed. At the same time as closing the lid, the bottom label is applied to the blisters. It then presses the cap onto the blister with a vertical pneumatic depression for accurate sealing.
From the machine, the product is then placed on the boxing table with an arbitrarily shaped end. This is where the control panels for the printer and the entire machine are located.
Printing: Thermal transfer printers are installed before the label decompressors. Printing takes place the moment the label is paused, that is, the printing movements are performed by the printers. However, it is also possible to print during the label submission process. The positioning of the printheads is ensured mechanically in both labeling and transverse directions.
Operation: Device information is displayed and the machine is operated using a color operator panel.
