ELA-3360 Labeling machine for conical products (continuous)

Principle of operation:
The product can be conveyed to the conveyor belt by hand or with the optional feeding table. The product first encounters the sorter. Thanks to the sorter, no congestion occurs at the labeling head despite continuous feeding. Jars with the appropriate product gaps and already top clamping automatically proceed to the label separating edge, where the label is initially adhered and the label is peeled off. The product is then fed to the rotating unit. This unit rotates the jars non-slip between two specially coated, angle-adjustable surfaces, while smoothing the peeled label onto the mantle surface of the jar. At the end of the course, the finished product falls into a container, or we can buffer the labeled products with the help of the optional ELR-Rotating, Arrival Roundtable. Due to the uneven surface of the product and the fragrance on the surface, bubbles may form under the label.
