ELA-3330 Cone bucket labeling equipment with lid closing module

The device is suitable for labeling conical buckets, the label of which covers no more than 30% of the perimeter of the product.

Principle of operation: The product can be conveyed to the conveyor belt by hand or with the optional feed table. It is the responsibility of the operator to place the lid on the bucket. The product first encounters the lid closing work. The lid snaps onto the bucket, which passes continuously under the special large-diameter cylinder, thanks to the precisely adjustable pressure. The label is pushed forward by the label head onto a vacuumed surface. Upon reaching the object sensing sensor, the profile at the end of a pair of pneumatic cylinders advances the bucket to the labeling position and holds it there throughout the process. When it reaches the labeling position, the row of vacuum straps starts with the label waiting there towards the surface to be labeled. The conical surface of the bucket is completely surrounded by the row of straps and thus the label, thanks to the conical compensator in the unit.

The equipment can be adapted to the size of the different buckets and jars by changing the product gripping profile.

At the end of the course, the finished product falls into a container, or with the help of the optional ELR-Rotating Roundtable we can buffer the labeled jars and buckets.

Labeling capacity: 15-25 pieces / minute (The amount of labeling depends on the dosage, the length of the label on the mantle surface and the diameter of the bucket and jar!)

In special cases, it can also be equipped with a thermo transfer thermal printer to label (optional) dates, barcodes, serial numbers, or any other information. The transition can be easily adjusted to the diameter and height of the products. Switching between different products is fast and the equipment is user-friendly.
