ELA-3200 one-side labeller

The device is suitable for labeling one side of bottles, cans and cans.

Principle of operation: The products are placed on the conveyor belt by an operator, which delivers them to the separating edge, where the label is initially adhered and the label is peeled off. Labeling and conveyor speed synchronization are possible manually. The machine can be controlled via a 3.5 ”color touch screen control panel, but this display also provides all the information about the operation of the machine. At the end of the track, the finished product falls into a container, or the labeled products can be buffered using the optional ELR Rotary Roundtable.

The labeling machine is suitable for delivering a label up to 160 mm high on one side of the product (size including carrier tape!). The labeling machine can optionally be supplemented with an OEM thermo transfer industrial printer, which is suitable for printing expiration dates, serial numbers, unique identifiers, or even barcodes.
The label head can be tilted in several directions so that the label can accurately follow any sloping surface of the product. The material of the conveyor belt can be a plastic element track or even a belt track, which can be supplemented with a roller side drive, which is responsible for keeping the bottles in the correct position.

Field of application: The ELA-3200 is an excellent box labeling or PET bottle labeling machine. Thanks to HERMA Basic labeling heads, you can meet even high production requirements.
