Operating principle:
The product can be fed by an operator or integrated into a production line with appropriate product spacing. The conveyor consists of two different modules, first the upper label is applied to the product, then the lower one. The lower label is applied from the delivery edge extending between the two conveyors. The object detection sensor gives the start signal to the labeling heads, where the appropriate delay must be set separately on the lower and upper labeling applicators. The conveyor speed can be adjusted and saved via a digital display.
