ELT-2360 Conical Bucket Labeling Machine

In the desktop labeling machines category, we have created the most cost-effective conical product labeler. The product must be placed upside down on the conveyor, so we have achieved that the glass does not lift off the conveyor during rotation due to the conical shape. If the label winding direction allows this technology, we can save on the upper clamping module. The equipment does not have a sorting mechanism either, so the operator's task is to ensure the distance between the products when placing the glasses.

The label separated from the carrier belt is fed to the rotation mechanism using a high-resolution stepper motor. Due to the conical shape of the surface to be labeled and the continuous product rotation, we use a vacuumed surface, which ensures free movement of the label. After the initial label adhesion, the conical body is forced to rotate continuously in the mangling device, during which the label is glued to the product without bubbles.
