Operating principle:
The product arrives from the 980mm working height conveyor of the filling machine onto the plastic element conveyor. The product first encounters the separator. The separation ensures that the conical jars do not crowd together and remain on the conveyor with their entire base surface. The jars with the appropriate product gaps and already with upper clamping automatically move on to the rotating unit. The individual nests of the rotating unit hold the product in the correct position, while at the same time ensuring rotation around their axis of rotation. The unit conveys the jars to the label separating edge, where the initial adhesion of the label and the peeling of the label also take place. After that, the product enters the "ironing" unit. This unit rotates the jars without slipping between two specially coated, angle-adjustable surfaces, while at the same time smoothing the peeled label onto the outer surface of the jar. At the end of the operation, the rotating mechanism returns above the conveyor belt and releases the labeled product. Due to the unevenness of the product surface and the content spilling onto the surface to be labeled, bubbles may form under the label.
