ELS-3220 Double-sided labeling machine with additional top labeller

The ELS-3220 Double-Sided Labeling Machine is suitable for top + seal, front and back labeling of bottles.
The equipment can also be suitable for labeling cylindrical-conical products thanks to the special decision functions. It is also suitable for placing labels up to 80 mm high on a herringbone surface.
The equipment has a product positioning module, which is suitable for double-sided labeling of products with oval or non-straight walls.

Operating principle: The equipment is equipped with a sorting machine, which ensures a suitable product gap between the bottles for labeling. In the first step, the roof label is placed, which has a dézmazar tab. This tab is folded down to the side of the product by a smoothing module driven by a stepper motor. Then the front label will be placed on it. The two-sided labeling applicator is positioned offset in relation to each other, so the front and then the back label is placed on the product first. Synchronization of labeling and conveyor speed is possible electronically. The machine can be controlled using a control panel with a color touch display, this display also ensures the display of all information related to the operation of the machine.
At the end of the track, the finished product falls into a container, or the labeled products can be buffered using the optional ELR-Rotary Table.
