ELS-3200 Double-sided labeling machine

Operation of the equipment:
The products travel on a split, twin conveyor for the labeling operation. The distance between the two conveyors can be adjusted continuously, according to the size of the boxes. A CIJ labeling head can be mounted between the two conveyors.
The products stop for the duration of labeling, then a specially designed vacuum label application module places the label on the side of the product from two sides. In the case of products where the label also overlaps the bottom surface, a flexible roller built into the vacuum head smooths it to the bottom of the product. After the labeling operation, the product continues on the conveyor.
