Labeling methode

Operating principle: The equipment has a sorting machine, which is responsible for ensuring the correct product intervals. The equipment can be integrated into a production line, or even fed manually. The labeling machine has congestion and overturning monitoring functions. The upper clamping unit is a track with an independent drive, which can be synchronized with the other units. This unit ensures the fixed position of the bottle during the entire double-sided labeling process. The two tiltable labeling applicators are positioned offset in relation to each other, so that the front and then the back label is placed on the product first. Synchronization of the equipment units is possible on the Siemens HMI interface. This control panel, accessible from several directions, ensures the display of all information related to the operation of the machine, which is suitable for managing the "recipes" assigned to the products. The labeling applicators are suitable for placing a maximum of 240 mm high labels on one side and 160 mm on the other side (in the case of a circular labeling module) (size including carrier tape: 163 or 243 mm)! We provide exchangeable separating edges for different products, thereby guaranteeing the correct labeling of bottles of different shapes. The equipment has two types of rotation units, with which quick exchange without tools is ensured.

1.) Pneumatic prism rotation unit. This module is suitable for precise labeling of rimmed products. When the product reaches the labeling head, a pair of pneumatic cylinders presses it against a rubberized rotating mechanism. The product rotates in front of the label peeling steel edge, while the labeling head starts the label peeling. At the same time, the label is smoothed onto the surface of the product thanks to the rotation between the rollers. Maximum available capacity is 40 pieces/minute.

2.) The continuously operating cylindrical product turning unit. Upon reaching the applicator, after the initial adhesion of the label, the product enters the rotation unit. This unit rotates the bottles without slipping between two specially coated surfaces, while at the same time smoothing the peeled-off label onto the outer surface of the bottle. Available capacity is up to 100pcs/min. Both units are located after the second labeling head. In the case of jacket labeling, the first labeling applicator is switched off. If necessary, this labeling head can be used to stick small additional labels (color code, warning signs...).
