Operating principle:
The operator places the bags on the conveyor belt in the correct orientation and with the correct product spacing.
A special sponge clamping module and a special conveyor belt ensure the stable, rotation-free movement of the bags. The lower and upper labels are separated on the delivery edge extending at the end of the track. The labeled bag is then placed between two specially coated sponge rollers, where the label is finally smoothed. The equipment includes a counting function that counts the preset labeled quantity and stops the labeling machine at the set value.

The labeled bags leave the equipment at the end of the conveyor and can even arrive in the compartments of the counting module that can be connected to the end of the conveyor (optionally available). When designing the equipment, we pay special attention to ergonomic design in order to minimize the physical load on the operators and to facilitate product change-label replacement, other settings, service, maintenance.

The Videojet TTO printer can print a 53 x 53 mm field. The price includes the Videojet 6530 labeling device and the integration with the labeling machine. The installation is solved with a self-developed printer frame, which makes the labeler suitable for printing labels. The print data edited on the computer can be selected from the saved files via a color touch screen.

The labeled product counting module is located at the end of the labeling machine's conveyor. The quantity of labelled bags is counted by a central control using a sensor and stops labelling at the set quantity.
The filled collection box is then conveyed to the side and an empty box is moved to the end of the conveyor. The operator's task is to remove the filled box and place the empty box. The width of the equipment is designed to accommodate 6 product receiving boxes. The operator's task is to always have an empty box waiting in front of the box currently being filled and to remove the calculated, pushed to the side full box from the track, thus freeing up space for the next box. The capacity of a box can accommodate a maximum of 100 pieces from the largest bag.
