ELA-3300R Automatic labeling machine for cylindrical products with integrated rotary tables

The ELA-3300R automatic round labeling machine is suitable for affixing a self-adhesive label to the surface of filled bottles and bottles with a parallel-side cylindrical surface, the height of which (including the carrier tape) must not exceed 160 mm! (Optional up to 240mm height!)
Principle of operation:
The products are placed on the integrated feeding table by the operator, which conveys the products to the conveyor belt of the labeling machine by means of continuous rotation and various deflection barriers. The bottle first encounters the sorter. By reducing the width of the conveyor (manually adjustable) and a wheel with an adjustable speed, this unit slows down the speed of the product and delays the progress of the product. Thanks to the sorter, no congestion occurs at the labeling head despite continuous feeding. With the right product feed rate, you can get the most out of your labeling machine. Arriving at the labeling head, the product is pressed against a rubberized actuator by a pair of pneumatic rollers. The product rotates in front of the label peeling steel edge while the label head starts label extraction. At the same time, the label presses against the surface of the product mantle due to the rotation between the rollers. The labeled product is transferred from the conveyor to the integrated receiving rotary table, where the design of the side rail always guides the bottles towards the center of the rotary table and provides free table space for the newly arriving product. The transition can be easily adjusted to the diameter and height of the products. Switching between different products is fast and the equipment is user-friendly.
