The double-sided labeling machine is suitable for labeling both sides of bottles with a flat, slightly curved surface.
Operating principle:
The bottles can arrive automatically from the filling machine or manually from the operator. The product first reaches the sorting unit, which stops the incoming bottles and lets the cans continue at the dispensing speed set by us. Then we arrive at the positioning device with its own indication. This unit is responsible for turning the bottles that arrive in an unordered manner in the same direction. The product that continues with the correct orientation first receives the label on one side, while an upper clamping unit holds the bottle in a stable, vertical position during the entire labeling process. After the first label is applied, the other side is labeled. The labeled product can be received on the ELR rotary table.
