ELS-3300 Jar Labeler

The operator feeds the products onto the feeder turntable, which, with the help of continuous rotation and various deflectors, feeds the products onto the conveyor belt of the labeling machine. The bottle first encounters the sorting mechanism. This device delays the further progress of the product by reducing the width of the conveyor belt (manually adjustable) and slowing down the speed of the product with a wheel with adjustable rotation speed.

Thanks to the sorting mechanism, there is no congestion at the labeling head, despite the continuous feeding. When the product reaches the labeling head, a pair of pneumatic cylinders presses it against a rubberized rotating mechanism. The product rotates in front of the label peeling steel edge, while the labeling head starts the label peeling. At the same time, the label slides onto the outer surface of the product thanks to the rotation between the cylinders. The labeled product is transferred from the conveyor to the receiving rotary table, where the side railing design always directs the bottles towards the center of the rotary table and ensures free table space for the newly arriving product. The transition can be easily adjusted to the diameter and height of the products.

The transition between different products is fast, and the equipment is user-friendly.

The top labeling module is installed on the right side of the ELS-3300 labeling machine. After the jar has received the outer label, it continues to the top labeling module. Here, an object detection sensor sends a signal to the Herma applicator, which places the circular label on the top flat surface of the jar. The labeling accuracy is greatly influenced by the geometry of the jar and the lid, which is +/- 2mm!
