ELC Transfer Track

With the help of the self-developed and manufactured transfer track, the lower surface of our product becomes free, where we can aesthetically perform the labeling required by law.

Operating principle:

The transfer track can be directly fitted after most labeling machines or conveyors in our assortment. The two sides of our product are held by specially coated belts moving at the same speed. The adjustment of the belts ensures that our product passes over the labeling head in a stable position and at a constant speed. The bottle with the appropriate labeling can be placed by the belt pair without tipping over, either on a subsequent conveyor track or on the receiving round table in our assortment.

We recommend it for labeling cosmetic jars, bottles containing nutritional supplements, boxes, and bottles.
