ELA-3360S Bucket Labeler

Operating principle:
The operator is responsible for placing the filled buckets in the correct position on the conveyor of the labeling machine. The bucket's handles must not hang over the side of the bucket. The equipment does not include a handle lifting and holding module. The bucket first arrives at the side labeling unit, where the initial adhesion of the label and the complete peeling of the label also take place.

Advantages of the built-in tilting cord applicator:
- the label position becomes more stable and accurate,
- it provides greater freedom for applying labels of different shapes,
- it significantly simplifies and speeds up the changeover between products.
The machine can be controlled using the control panel, while this display also provides for the display of all information related to the operation of the machine.

Lid closing device: suitable for snapping the lid of a conical bucket onto the bucket. The device has a conveyor belt as a stand-alone machine and a central control.
Operating principle: The operator's task is to place the lid on the bucket. This operation is performed when feeding to the labeling machine. The bucket is transferred from the labeling machine by a special transfer plate. The lid snaps onto the bucket, which continuously passes under a large-diameter driven roller, thanks to the precisely adjustable pressure. The heavy-duty rollers under the conveyor belt of the lid closing unit ensure a long service life.
